Offensive Tackles

Returning Players:

Bryce Cabeldue
Kobe Baynes
James Livingston
De’Kedrick Sterns
Danny Robinson

Newcomers:

Logan Brown (Wisconsin)
Calvin Clements (High School)

The name everyone is excited about is Logan Brown, but the former 5-star recruit might not even begin the year as a starter. There is plenty of depth at the tackle position and, as I mentioned earlier, Puni could take his spot at left tackle. Cabeldue starting at right tackle seems inevitable, as he’s an incoming junior and was a staple for offensive line coach Scott Fuchs last season. Of course, there will always be some shuffling between where certain players take snaps. Lovell played some tackle at Cal, while the Louisville transfer Baynes split time between guard and tackle. Protecting Jalon Daniels is the No. 1 priority for this group, so it is imperative that they get the best pass blockers out on the gridiron.

dark. Next. Kansas football has never played these FBS schools
