1227. The third and final Desert Edge student on this list, Kamara has plenty of potential to bud into a solid open-field tackler at Kansas. He committed to KU on May 28. In high school, he rotates between linebacker, deep safety, and even nickelback. Kamara had offers from Michigan, Washington, and other premier programs before committing to Kansas. His defensive versatility should be helpful for Kansas in the future, and it is vital that the coaching staff show Kamara, Gibson, and Warner a good time during their visit.. LB. Desert Edge.
