ILB. (Transfer) Bowling Green. JB BROWN. 3. Brown is an experienced weakside linebacker who recorded 53 tackles and 4.5 tackles for loss for the Falcons last year. Once Craig Young, Kenny Logan Jr., and Rich Miller graduate following the conclusion of this season, he could be KU’s leading tackler as a senior. Brown has fantastic ball-tracking skills and can shed blocks to meet the running back early. With his above-average athleticism, defensive coordinator Brian Borland will utilize him in pass coverage. There is plenty to be excited about when watching Brown, and we could hear his name being called quite often.
