The NBA Draft withdrawal deadline is on May 31. Kansas basketball should keep an eye out for these three players, as they could transfer to the Jayhawks if they pull their names from the draft pool.

Although it isn’t a necessity, the Kansas Jayhawks can still use another scholarship to fulfill the final spot on the 2023-24 roster. Bill Self and his coaching staff must make a crucial decision about whether they want to spare a spot for the next two seasons or go all in this year.

KU self-imposed infractions on its program due to the FBI probe from years ago, reducing their scholarship limit from 39 to 36 from 2023-24 to 2025-26.

Just three days from now is a very important date — the NBA Draft withdrawal deadline. Players can retract their name from the draft while retaining college eligibility, but only if they do it before the month becomes June. Multiple players in the draft pool entered the transfer portal, meaning they can head elsewhere if they return to school. There are several players the Jayhawks have had their eye on for quite some time.

While the depth is there for the Jayhawks at the moment, they have a chance to get even better. Here are three guys that potentially land in Lawrence, Kansas, at some point in the near future.
