F/C Zuby Ejiofor (St. John’s)

2022-23 season statistics: 25 GP, 1.2 PPG, 1.7 RPG, 0.2 APG, 65.0% FG

Ejiofor’s transfer was a corresponding move to Kansas landing Hunter Dickinson. It made sense that he decided he wanted to play elsewhere, as he would have been buried behind several other players on the depth chart. Similar to several others who transferred from the university, injuries seriously stunted Zuby’s growth. He is a strong, physical big who should become a terrific player under college basketball legend Rick Pitino.
