F Zach Clemence (UCSB)

2022-23 season statistics: 20 GP, 1.4 PPG, 1.3 RPG, 0.1 APG, 32.4% FG

Some fans expected him to be the team’s starting center coming into the season, but he was nearly phased out of the rotation before conference play. If you saw Clemence play, you’d never believe he was 6-foot-10, as he would chuck a 30-foot-three whenever he had the chance. It never worked out between Clemence and Kansas, and his decision to transfer was one of the more expected ones. At UCSB, he can expand his game and carve out a respectable collegiate career for himself.
