Kansas basketball: A quick rundown of Jayhawks who left for the transfer portal

Now that the transfer portal is closed, we can recap each Kansas basketball player that departed from the program this offseason.

The Kansas Jayhawks have made a living off the transfer portal in the past few months. Bill Self and his coaching staff brought in the top-ranked player in the portal, including three other guys expected to be high-impact contributors.

A lot of unfamiliar faces will be touching down in Lawrence this summer. As essential as KU’s offseason acquisitions have been, eight players transferred from the Jayhawks in the meantime. One thing that Kansas fans have learned from the past few months is that when the transfer portal giveth, the transfer portal taketh.
