9. Perry Ellis (1,798 points)

Ellis is just 20 points higher than Pierce, with 1,798. Ellis played at KU from 2012 to 2016. In 144 games played, he averaged 12.5 points per game, which was the primary reason as to why he was a three-time All-Big 12 recipient. He spent four years at the university, though it felt like a decade.

He did not make it to the NBA, but he still plays as a professional player for the Cholet Basket of the French in the LNB Pro A league.

His name isn’t in the rafters yet, but it certainly has the chance to be. Ellis is a Jayhawk forever, and his countless amount of significant moments in a Kansas uniform will never be forgotten.
