3. Jameer Nelson Jr. (Delaware to TCU)

2022-23 season stats: 29 GP, 20.6 PPG, 4.6 RPG, 3.6 APG, 44.5% FG

Nelson Jr. comes from the same conference that Nick Timberlake does, the CAA. The son of the former Wooden Award winner is following in his father’s footsteps of being a terrific college basketball player.

In his senior season, Nelson Jr. should take tremendous strides with the Horned Frogs. He and Mike Miles, who averaged 17.9 points per game this season, will form one of the best backcourts in the country.

TCU will look to build on their Round of 32 loss to Gonzaga and go deeper into the tournament next year. The addition of Nelson Jr., Avery Anderson III, and others should assist with that.
