Kansas basketball has made noteworthy moves in the transfer portal, but so have other Big 12 schools. These are the five best transfer portal additions in the conference.

Per On3.com, 1,030 players have entered the NCAA transfer portal. College basketball has seen a massive influx of kids leaving their schools after just one or two seasons.

The Kansas Jayhawks have lost five players to the transfer portal: MJ Rice, Bobby Pettiford, Zach Clemence, Joseph Yesufu, and Cam Martin. They have brought in two transfers: Nick Timberlake and Arterio Morris.

While Hunter Dickinson’s decision date is looming, Kansas still has a few holes on their roster to fill. However, other schools in the Big 12 have addressed their needs in a big way.

Some terrific players are coming to KU’s conference next season. These five are some of the best to transfer to a Big 12 school as of May (not including Morris or Timberlake.)
