Kansas basketball: 5 potential NBA Draft fits for Gradey Dick

5. Indiana Pacers: 7th pick in NBA Draft

The Pacers could use a guy like Dick for next year’s team. They have plenty of shooters, such as Buddy Hield, Tyrese Haliburton, and Aaron Nesmith. Dick would be a valuable addition to that group.

Bennedict Mathurin was their first-round selection in 2022, and he played very well, averaging 16.7 points per game and likely garnering All-Rookie First-Team honors. Indiana might hesitate to choose another guard in the lottery, especially with Myles Turner potentially heading elsewhere in the off-season.

With the 7th pick, it is unlikely that the Pacers will choose a player as depth to Haliburton and Hield. However, Hield is entering his age-31 season, and Indiana might look to offload him. Dick has the potential to fit in here.
