SR Tristan Enaruna — Cleveland State Vikings

2022-23 season stats: 15.6 PPG, 6.5 RPG, 1.4 APG, 51.6% FG

Enaruna is yet another former Jayhawk who transferred to a Big 12 school after he departed from Kansas. He spent two years at KU, left for Iowa State, and now plays for Cleveland State.

It might not be what he envisioned after sniffing a national championship as a freshman, but Enaruna has made a respectable collegiate career for himself. He took the Vikings to the Horizon League championship game before losing a close contest. Had they won, they likely would have been a 16-seed, and KU might have seen Enaruna one last time in the NCAA Tournament.

He was a consistent starter with Iowa State but wanted to be “the guy” for a team. Enaruna was named to the All-Horizon League First Team for his outstanding season. Because he played in the 2019-20 season that ended abruptly due to COVID-19, he will likely take advantage of the ability to play a fifth year of college basketball. A monster season could be upcoming for Enaruna.
