2. Kevin McCullar: 1 season (34 games) – 30.6 MPG, 10.7 PPG, 7.0 RPG, 2.4 APG

While Malik and Remy were major players in a Final Four and National Championship run, McCullar‘s full body of work was superior. His impact on both sides of the floor was a critical part of Kansas having the success it did this year, and his absence was felt in a major way when the Jayhawks were blown out by Texas in the Big 12 Tournament title game. Anyone who has Malik and/or Remy ahead of McCullar has a good argument, but I’ll take the full season of work over a hot stretch in March. KU’s early exit in March does not reflect what McCullar did in 2022-23.
