The Kansas Jayhawks escaped a scare against Oklahoma State on New Years Eve, scrapping by with a 69-67 win.

Now, the No. 3 team ranked team in the country will hit the road for its second Big 12 game of the year. This time, Kansas will face Texas Tech, who is coming off a 67-61 loss to TCU.

Can Kansas capture its sixth straight victory?

This could very well be one of the Jayhawks’ biggest challenge this season, despite Texas Tech currently being unranked. The Red Raiders are strong both offensively and defensively, but there’s one area that Kansas can take advantage of that can lead them to victory.

Thankfully for the Jayhawks, they rank 36th in opponent turnovers per possession, forcing their opponents to give up the ball on 22.1% of possessions. If Kansas can do the same thing against Texas Tech tonight, it is going to be in a great spot to win this game.
