The Kansas Jayhawks continue to do the unthinkable as they go on the road to upset the Houston Cougars 48-30. It’s the second week in a row that the Jayhawks were road underdogs and pulled off the win.

Last week, KU upset West Virginia in Morgantown despite the Mountaineers being two-score favorites. The Jayhawks were two-score underdogs again this past weekend at Houston.

What’s also impressive about KU’s back-to-back road upsets is that both games were season home-openers for West Virginia and Houston. That’s a tall task for any opponent coming into that situation, especially for a Kansas program that hadn’t won back-to-back road games since 2007.

Nonetheless, the Jayhawks were able to prevail, and their special season continues to make shockwaves throughout the college football world.
