Kansas basketball rotation: Starting SG, Ochai Agbaji
Next in line, Joseph Yesufu

The no-brainer starter at this spot will be Ochai Agbaji. KU should benefit from his experience and leadership. We’ve seen him put up numbers, including 14 points per game last season and shooting nearly 38 percent from three-point range.

Agbaji previously tested the NBA waters, so he should have a pretty good idea of what he needs to work on this year to make it to the next level.

Joseph Yesufu also brings a nice shooting ability as a transfer from Drake University. He averaged 12.8 points per game while shooting nearly 39 percent from three-point range.

As a veteran guard who has been around the program for some time, it’s clear that Agbaji is the best option to step up as the team leader to get both his team and himself where they want to end up.
