What to watch for during 2021 Kansas football fall camp

A heated quarterback battle

Coming off a tough 2020 season, the Kansas quarterbacks‘ room was a mystery. Between Miles Kendrick and Jalon Daniels, we haven’t seen enough to justify their cases.

Both have shown flashes of athleticism, however, neither have been dependable out of the pocket, which raised serious concern last year.

This offseason has granted the Jayhawks with some new conversation starters, more specifically North Texas transfer Jason Bean.

Bean is the quarterback with the most college experience and has been seeing the most buzz lately. While anything can change on a dime, it seems he’s the one to beat.

We could see some action from incoming freshmen Ben Easters and Conrad Hawley, who both have joined the roster this summer and will likely be in contention for snaps down the road.
