Best Jayhawks of the 2000s

Nick Collison, Forward (2000-2003)

The Iowa Falls native rose to Kansas Basketball great in his four seasons in Lawrence. In his senior season in 2003, Nick Collison was recognized as the NABC Player of the Year and as a consensus First-Team All-American.

Collison was the 2003 Big 12 Player of the Year and a three-time All-Big 12 honoree. Nick led the conference in points and rebounding in the 2002-2003 season. He was an integral part of Kansas reaching back-to-back Final Fours in 2002 and 2003.

  • 3rd in rebounding (1,143)
