Kansas football is expected to receive a ‘big time’ offensive line recruit following a Twitter storm from coaches and fans tonight.

It looks like head coach Les Miles is in for some excellent additions to our struggling offensive line, as tonight many tweets regarding impending recruits.

Recent hire at OL coach, Lee Grimes took to Twitter to express his excitement to fans and the Jayhawk community.

The offensive line struggled in the 2020 season and the Jayhawks couldn’t seem to find any traction with the tools at their disposal.Hopefully, if these recruits are as impressive as they seem, Kansas can turn around some of their woes next season.

There’s plenty of rumors on Twitter about who and where the recruit is hailing from. Regardless, the addition could be an extremely powerful asset for our offense. Finding more power will hopefully create more protection for whoever is taking snaps next season.

Despite multiple options at quarterback, Kendrick and Daniels will need protection if want to get this offense on a track to find success. Recent early signee Ben Easters could also have some potential to find some time on the field, this conversation will become more interesting as spring ball approaches.

In the meantime, let’s hope this commitment can help contribute to fixing our issues on the offensive line and keep our eyes open on Twitter. It’s a very good sign to hear this kind of excitement from the coaching staff and hopefully will distill plenty of motivation in our incoming recruits.
