Kansas basketball has won ten games in a row and they’ll look to continue that streak tonight against Iowa State. Here’s the game time, odds, TV channel, and more.

Kansas basketball won in convincing fashion last Saturday morning against Oklahoma in Lawrence 87-70. The Jayhawks failed to hold their opponent under 65 points, but they did have an offensive explosion thanks to Marcus Garrett who nailed six threes. Iowa State also had some success in their last game.

The Cyclones destroyed Texas 81-52 in Ames, winning their fourth conference game so far this season. The victory was doubly impressive given Iowa State was without their best player Tyrese Haliburton, who’ll miss the rest of the season due to injury.

Here’s Kansas basketball vs. Iowa State at a glance:

  • Time: 8:00 p.m. Central time
  • Place: Allen Fieldhouse – Lawrence, KS
  • Watch: ESPN
  • Listen: FM- KKSW 105.9, or AM- KLWN 1320 (Lawrence Stations)
  • All-Time Series: KU leads 119-50
  • Last Meeting: 2020, 79-53 Kansas

Kansas basketball has already beat the Cyclones in Ames this season 79-53, and that was when they had Haliburton. Without their most potent scorer on the road, it’s hard giving Iowa State much of a chance. The oddsmakers seem to agree, as Kansas is as much as a 16.5 point favorite according to The Action Network.

With the Jayhawks having so little rest, this could be a really good opportunity. If Kansas can out the Cyclones away early, it may give head coach Bill Self a chance to give the starters some recovery time, and they’ll need it too.

The Jayhawks are on a collision course with Baylor this Saturday with the game in Waco having major ramifications on the Big 12 conference race and the AP Poll.

While Baylor might be on Kansas’ mind, first thing’s first. The Jayhawks have to dispatch a respectable Iowa State team with a little confidence, then worry about the top-ranked Bears.
