Kansas basketball: Building muscle for the season

The Kansas basketball team’s annual Bill Self boot camp is underway. Strength trainer Andrea Huddy is also building them up for the season.
Bill Self and Kansas Basketball have a fabulous weapon in strength trainer Andrea Hudy. She is the best in the business. I wonder how many college basketball fans know the name of their team’s strength and condition coach? Kansas Basketball fans know Andrea Hudy.
I’m not sure when she is not busy working with the athletes. As a matter of fact, she works far beyond the Jayhawk basketball team. She runs the entire Anderson Sports and Conditioning Complex for all sports on campus. With Late Night in the Phog set for later this month and the tip off of the basketball season, she is extra busy.
Her use of social media is very entertaining. On the other hand, Jayhawk opponents might learn some of her secrets of success. The exercises she has some Jayhawk players perform look overwhelming. She knows what she is doing and the athletes all benefit from her expertise.
It’s been fun to watch Kansas basketball players physically transformed after a few months following her workouts. She probably should receive more attention for the amazing things she does for the Jayhawks.
