At 19-3 and first place in the Big 12 Conference standings, the Jayhawks find themselves in familiar winning territory.

That being said it has been one up and down year, from losing by 25-plus points twice in non-conference play, to leading the Big 12 by two games halfway through league play.
It has taken head coach Bill Self some time to finally mold a starting lineup.
Even after settling on one, it includes just two juniors, followed by two sophomores and a freshman.
Of course you know all about that after following the team all season, but watching the games doesn’t always tell the whole story.
