Kansas Athletics: Jayhawks and Adidas Renew Contract

On Thursday, adidas and the Kansas Jayhawks agreed to a new eight year deal which will run to 2019.

The deal includes apparel and foot wear for the Universities teams. This new deal extends the original deal signed in 2005 for eight years. It is estimated the sponsorship and product allowance to be over $26 million.

adidas also has partnerships with Louisville, Notre Dame, Texas A&M, Michigan, UCLA, Tennessee, Alabama, and Nebraska. The NBA and MLS, both use adidas as do professional athletes.
