Kansas Football: Kale Pick Joins Coach Weis’s Staff

Former Kansas Jayhawks wide receiver Kale Pick has joined Coach Charlie Weis’s staff as a graduate assistant.

Pick will work with the wide receivers and assistant caoch Rob Ianello. The receiver began his time at the team as a quarterback before making the switch in his final two campaigns. Pick, finished with 63 receptions for 752 yards and two touchdowns as a receiver. He was the teams top receiver for the 2012 season.

The Jayhawks season kicks off on Sept. 7th vs South Dakota. The game’s time is yet to be announced, and will be played in Lawrence. Kansas is looking to improve upon their 1-11 record last season.
