Kansas Basketball Recruiting: Leron Black Decommits From Baylor

On September 17th, 2012, 2014 power forward Leron Black made his decision to commit to the Baylor Bears.

However, Black took back that commitment as he decomitted from Baylor on January 2nd, 2013.

He has offers from thirteen teams. These teams include: Baylor, Connecticut, Florida, Kansas, Louisville, Memphis, Missouri, North Carolina State, Ohio State, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Georgia, and Ole Miss.

Black is a 6’7″, 215 pound power forward from Memphis, Tennessee. He is currently a junior at White Station High School.

White Station is 11-1 so far this season. They defeated Memphis Central, 51-49, in their last game. Their next game will be against Whitney Young High School (Chicago, IL) in the Penny Hardaway Classic on January 12th.

The four-star recruit is ranked 1st in the state of Tennessee, 9th among power forwards, and 33rd nationally among Class of 2014 recruits by 247Sports.
