Talib Gets Interception in Debut with Patriots

There are six former Kansas Jayhawks currently in the NFL. Here is a rundown of the players action this past Sunday.

Aqib Talib: The cornerback made his debut as a New England Patriot player. Talib made one interception of Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck, returning the ball 59 yards for a touchdown. Talib made seven tackles and one pass breakup in addition to the interception. Next week, New England travels to face the New York Jets on Thanksgiving day.

Darrell Stuckey: Stuckey, stars as the special teams captain for the San Diego Chargers. He made one tackle during the Chargers loss to Denver. This next week, San Diego hosts Baltimore.

Chris Harris: Harris made three tackles and two breakups for Denver in their win over San Diego. Harris made his sixth straight start at cornerback in the game. Next week, Denver travels to play Kansas City.

Steven Johnson: This undrafted linebacker for Denver, signed with the team. He was active though didn’t register any stats in the Broncos game on Sunday.

Anthony Collins: Collins, was active for Cincinnati on Sunday but didn’t get any play time, during the teams win over Kansas City. Next week, Cincinnati hosts Oakland.

Dezmon Briscoe: Briscoe was inactive on Sunday during the Washington Redskins big win over Philadelphia. The Redskins next face Dallas on Thanksgiving day.
