Here is the Through the Phog Big 12 Power Rankings, a poll that accumulates our staff’s thoughts on the best through the worst in the conference. Teams in first place get 9 points, second place receive 8 points, and so on.
This poll follows this weekend of college football.
- Oklahoma (2-0) – 18 points
The Sooners take a week off before they host Kansas State next week. - Kansas State (3-0) – 15 points
Klein shines again as KSU beat North Texas. - West Virginia (2-0) – 14 points
The Mountaineers had no problem getting past the Dukes and will play Maryland next week. - Texas (3-0) – 13 points
The Longhorns rolled past the Rebels as David Ash threw four touchdowns. - TCU (2-0, 1-0) – 9 points
TCU got their feet wet in the Big 12 by beating the Jayhawks. - Iowa State (3-0) – 8 points
The Cyclones will have a week off before they open conference play against Texas Tech. - Baylor (2-0) – 6 points
The Bears will need to be on their toes next week against Louisiana-Monroe. If they are not, they could end up like Arkansas did in Week 2. - Texas Tech (3-0) – 4 points
Just like Iowa State, they will have a week off before facing off against the Cyclones on September 29th. - Oklahoma State (2-1) – 3 points
