Recruiting: Kansas Basketball To Host Jackson in Late September

In late September, it looks like Kansas will host an official visit for prospect, Demetrius Jackson. The official date has not been set, but it will most likely be between September 26th and September 28th.

Jackson is a point guard from Mishawaka, Indiana and he currently attends Marian High School.

Kansas currently sits third on Jackson’s list of teams he is interested in. Jackson’s list is not narrow by far because it consists of nineteen teams.

Out of these nineteen teams, he has received offers from ten teams which include: Notre Dame, Illinois, Kansas, Butler, Florida State, Louisville, Memphis, Michigan State, Xavier, and Michigan.

However, there are three teams that sit above the rest. The top three teams on Jackson’s list are Notre Dame, Illinois, and Kansas (in that order). Jackson has already visited one of these schools and will visit the other two within the next two weeks.

He visited Illinois on August 30th and will visit Notre Dame on September 20th and Kansas between September 26th and September 28th.

Jackson was visited by Kansas coaches at his home earlier this week.
